Signup Notification: First thing every Excise Tax E-filer does, when he/she attempts to file their taxes online is Creating and account for themselves. As soon as you complete the signup process which hardly takes 2 minutes, we send you an Email Alert to let you know that your account is setup.
Payment Notification: As soon as a user makes a payment for our service using his/her Card, we instantly send a payment received Email to acknowledge the receipt of payment for our service.
Return Transmit Notification: The last action to be performed by an Excise Tax E-filer is to electronically transmit his/her tax return to the IRS. An Email notification will be sent to the user right away as soon as they transmit their tax Return to the IRS.
Tax Return Accepted/Rejected Notification: An Email Alert will be sent to the user once we receive a notification from the IRS about the Status of the Tax return Submitted by the User. If the Tax Return is accepted we send an Email with the Stamped Schedule 1 copy which is an acknowledgement from the IRS for accepting the user’s Federal Excise Tax Form 2290. If rejected we instantly send an Email alerting the User about the return Rejection, so that they can login back to the application and correct the errors and resubmit their Tax Form 2290.
Note: Text Alerts will also be sent to Users if they opt for it for Acceptance or Rejection of their Tax return. Schedule 1 copy will be faxed to the user if the user opts for it.
